    Notepad.exe

    Anyone know where I can download a clean version of this?

    Something infected mine, but my firewall is stopping it from launching and/or being replaced, so i'd like to delete and replace before it launches.

          Get textpad and set .txt to open with it . it's way way better

                          If its for html... try homesite. I have been using it for years and it's really nice... clean code. I know html from scratch but love homesite. I use it for 95% of my code and dreamweaver for 5%

                              If your firewall is keeping you from launching it you probably need to clean a virus from your system first. Run a scanner to delete any virus from your system then follow these directions to restore notepad.exe

                                  same thing happened to me a few months ago, it was the about:blank spyware
