I am glad in the advent of new drug testing these athletes will lose their medals should they be caught.
As a side note, look at Germany in the 80's, their athletes were apparently given steroids without even knowing it (apparently - but you explain how one day yu have tits, the next they disapear and you have two testicles). I am not sure as to whether or not they reaped any financial benefits - but I feel it was more about national pride more so than anything.
