vans driven by "soccer moms"

the only women i do not watch out for are ones in a nice sportscar, i will not explain why.
they are to slow and much much to cautious, calgary is built as a city where you have to be somewhat agressive to get anywhere and to steady flow of traffic.
it is constantly irrating when you are pulling off a turnpike merging into traffic and you see the following not paying any attention to what is going on.
or they just turn on their signal and that means that everyone should leave a 5 car space gap for them to get in, learn to use your freagin mirrors people, ALL OF THEM!

fuck no ... they just have smaller accidents and/or don't report them when they do have a collision ... cuz they drive slower (generally) than men ... and when a guy gets into an accident he's much more likely to cause more damage, so, we get ass reamed on our rates because of that.
also ... here's my little conspiracy theory .. ever notice what % of drivers are men vs. women? distinctly more .... It really depends on the age of the woman. I noticed that younger women tend to drive very fast and switch lanes abruptly. They always speed up to a red light just have to hit the brakes harder to slow down, and then they wonder why they're brakes go out so fast. Then you have older women who drive rather slow and dont report all of their accidents. As mentioned before they'll be in SUV's on the phone with NO PASSENGERS. I think honestly that the bigger vehicles make them feel safer and a bitmore powerful on the road. Helps her with her woman balls. I can HONESTLY say that i have only met maybe 3 women that can really drive and i told all three of them how impressed i was. It's one thing to be a driver and another to be a rider. Riders know when to switch lanes, are always aware of the cars around them, they know how to keep a few cars distance from the car infront of them. Riding with a rider is like poetry in motion. The things i hate about women drivers are the following:
1 - They use the rear view mirror as another mirror to look at themselves and not to look behind you. Looking behind you is what it was made for. That's why it's called a rearview mirror and not a vanity mirror.
2. They put on make-up WHILE they are driving, talking on the phone, i even saw one eating a bowl of cereal. Not to mention fiddling with the radio. There is nothing safe about any of that at all.
3. They speed to red lights just hit the brakes.Comment

- How many of you pull-over to have a cell conv.
- How many of you eat?
- " ... " drink?
- " ... " read?
- " ... " roll Js?
- " ... " tailgate
- " ... " have shit dangling from your r.mirror?
- " ... " have the boom-box rattlin away?
- yadda-yadda
We all know the list of distraction is endless.
Also, let us not forget, collisions typically involve more than one party, and both could have done something to avoid the so called accident.Comment

There will always be differences of opinions on this subject. Personally, I consider myself to be a good driver. I don't put make-up on while driving and as much as some people may talk about women on their cell phones, men are just as guilty of it. I use my rearview mirror for its purpose. I turn my head to check the lane next to me before switching lanes, etc.
How many of you can honestly say that you can drive the streets of Manhattan and avoid getting in an accident? How many of you can say that you can drive the NJ Turnpike or the Garden State Parkway and not get into an accident? I can because I've done it so many times I can't even begin to count. Women probably drive slower and more carefully and they might have less accidents, but I wonder how many accidents they've caused.
I've driven a taxi when I was younger and I can, with 100% certainity, say that women are a LOT worse drivers. They cannot look in the rear mirror when they drive and they can't concentrate on anything except the road ahead of them. When they change lanes they're careless, and don't look whether someone is coming behind them etc...
