    Content providers...I need to vent

    <rant>

    Ive been shopping all week for a new project and noticed that 70%(prolly more like 90%) of "providers" dont accept CREDIT CARDS. WTF, get with the fucking program. Sign up with a 3rd party if you dont wanna get a merchant account, for fucks sakes you WORK online do you have any idea how much biz you are losing?

    Paypal id DEAD..get over it..move on...get with the program.


    PS. This goes for "designers" as well.

    Move out of moms basement and get the fucking show on the road alllready!

      Just so you know most 3rd party that handles adult can not handle tangible items.

      Now my vent.

      If you ship out CD's or DVD's for christ sake pre-check them to make sure they fucking work.

                  Now tht is the worst, I picked up 60 some cd's from someone, and two were not even burned... Uggh nothing like having to wait for something when you really want it.

                      I offer nank wires, checks, E Passporte, working on CC. Most CC want 10% per trans plus withhold 5% and a 30 cent per trans charge to handle adult. 3rd party doesnt do shoopping carts

                              Designers who want 100% up front,lol. Be realistic, 25-50% up front so you dont get fucked and work for nothing..fine..but 100%? Gimme a fucking break!

                                          Ill bet 100:1 many many many more pepole have been fucked over by "designers" running away with upfront payments than the other way around.

                                          I for one got fucked that way...never again. Im fine with 50% but 100%..i think not.

                                                              The most I've ever paid upfront was 50%, and I was in a jam at the time so I had no other choice. I don't pay upfront otherwise, I'll simply take my business elsewhere. I understand their take on the situation, but the same risk rests on my shoulders.

                                                              Once you build a reputation and get to know people, rules can be bent very easily.
