I also use them and have had great experiences. The code monster plan is currently on sale at $15.95 per month for life. They have thier own LIvechat app. Customer support has always been 1-12 hours in my experience. And checking, They also have a telephone callback option= 3 per year free.

We are perfectly content to push out whatever legal stuff you wish to put on our servers. We have a TOS and a spam policy, it's all pretty run of the mill stuff. Nothing against adult websites! The only time it can matter is if your website is bringing down a shared hosting server we of course have to ask that you back off a bit or move to a dedicated server. This is the same as any other shared host however, so it shouldn't be an issue.
Our stats reporting is basic analog stats, if you want anything more than that you will want to install it yourself. (There is shell access with crontabs so it is pretty easy to get something like awstats running, which seems to be pretty popular.) Sorry I don't have an example.
As for your experience JupZChris I apologize your experience with our support was bad. I hope your problem was eventually resolved. (As a Tech Support person myself)just dont host adult and dont expect good support and thats them
