fuck no ... they just have smaller accidents and/or don't report them when they do have a collision ... cuz they drive slower (generally) than men ... and when a guy gets into an accident he's much more likely to cause more damage, so, we get ass reamed on our rates because of that.

also ... here's my little conspiracy theory .. ever notice what % of drivers are men vs. women? distinctly more .... I think insurance companies just hide behind women being "better drivers" as a way to charge that much more for the larger client base.
