OLED technology is getting cheaper every day, I am sure this is mass-producable for relatively low prices. About 120 keys, by 2006 at mass-price a single display probably costs around $1 at that size. So I would expect a retail price of around 400 USD.
But who knows how much they cost in mass production.
I could not find a price for them sadly. Would have shown how realistic this is.
