I had a boss when on the set of a commercial step off of a platform that was only about 8 inches high and snapped the tendon that went from her heel up her calf.
My sister stepped back and missed a part of a deck that was less than 12 inches tall and broke her ankle so badly she had to have emergency surgery.
That fall was pretty high..she fell right onto her stomach...she could have easily had broken ribs, punctured her lungs..or jsut bruised or seperated ribs...I did that and it hurts like fucking hell.
