Beeing a single girl site create a MAJOR problem ... It always depends on how much content is already there also ...

I really can't tell you . You would probably loose half of the member base if you change the girl .

I'd pay 75k assuming there is enough content for future updates and all the stats are verifyable. (yes that's an offer)

Much of the worth is wrapped up in what kind of relationship you have with the star of the site. If she is keeping the site updated with fresh content and would be willing to continue if the site changed owners then I foresee you being able to command a nice asking price. However, from a buyers perspective, this would seem like a risky proposition if they weren't 100% confident in the girl continuing to produce content. Once the new content stops, the retention drops off and the site fades out.

The site is updated constantly... in fact 6 days a week. There are currently about 50,000 pictures and 600 video clips on the site. Keeping the model on board for a while would be something that would have to be hashed out.

We're not actively looking to sell, we're just entertaining ideas to see if would be worth it.

Last time I went into "buying" a site, it just turned into another appraisal. If you want an appraisal just see an accountant.

if your the one who does the updates, writes the text and stories, and pretty much introduces members to the single girl and tells all the aspects of her life.. then your members will know when someone else is running it.

single girl sites arent just about the pictures, its more about the personality and atmosphere the site brings.. changes in attitude and personality will throw people off and could either really hurt the site.. or help it.

if your the creator of the site and the girl is just the eye candy, then weird as this may sounds, the surfers are not only attracted to the girls looks, but they also are attracted to your personality

if that changes, it will feel like a part of the site has died.

course, ive never actually ran a paysite.. im just throwing in my freudian 2 cents.
