Website for Sale

Hello!!! Hi, I'm Bri. I am looking into selling my website. I currently have 30 members, making approximately $600 a month. My content is almost 100% Exclusive. I have 30 plus videos in my members area, ranging anywhere from 5 minutes to 45 minutes in length. I also have approximately 800 pictures. (about 500 to 600 5 megapixel images, and the rest are 1.5 megapixel images with good lighting)... I am the main model on my website, but there are other females also, so updates will be easy to maintain. I am also willing to provide updates of myself so you can slowly phase me out. Whoever purchases can maybe go with the theme SexyBri and Friends, and add 2 updates of other girls, one of me, 3 updates of other girls, one of me... Until, you have built up a good customer base. Now, I have not done any marketing with my site. No TGPs, no purchasing of banners... Nothing. The customer base I do have is from people simply surfing the internet. I have ONE double feature Girl on Girl that is contracted to a company to sell online mail order videos. It brings traffic to my site, and helps with sales. My site needs a little fine tuning with the design. Everything is working though. I do have model releases and copied ID's for every girl that is inside my site. So far this year, I have had 136 sales and 106 rebills, which shows you when people join my site they stay... Only 30 people have discontinued their memberships. This totals $4,840 in sales so far this year. I know with some money this site will do really really well. I am willing to work with whoever purchases with updates of myself... However many and pricing for my time can be agreed upon between us.
Due to changes in my lifestyle, and the time I have available, I cannot maintain my site any longer. I am willing to help out for as long as possible with updates... If you live close to my area, maybe we can meet for a few days of shooting so you get exactly what you want quality wise to go with your new theme.
All of the design of my site I did myself, I am amateur, taught myself everything I know, so if it doesn't look professional, that is why. I can send all of the contracts, ID's and my website on a DVD Data Disk through the mail. (my site is approximately 2.5 gigs). But, if you would like to get started right away, I am willing to give let you login to my server to download the site overnight.
