I have several friends/family who act shocked that it is spyware causing their problems every time I help them remove it from their system. I even show them how to avoid/remove it in the future but it's unreal how many refuse to absorb the little info. I think I am going to start telling people it is a streneous overnight process best left to professionals and I can return their PC clean the next day for the bargain price of fifty bucks

to all toolbars...except Google, they only suck a little
