    61% of CNN poll outraged a classroom of 84% Mexican students displayed a Mexican flag

    In Denver CO. The classroom also displayed an American flag. Is this really outrageous? I could see if the class only had a couple or few Mexican students who were insisting, but the school in question is over half Mexican students and the non-Mexican students themselves apparently had no problem with it.

    The school received threats from callers who said they would force their way into the school and rip the flags down themselves. That should be the real outrage... community members threatening to endanger kids in schools.

                                                  If their heritage is Mexican, good for them they can be as proud as they want and as Mexican as they want to be at home, or in a privately funded school.

                                                  But if they are citizens of the USA, learning in an American Government funded classroom, in the USA, then fly only the American flag.

                                                  Mexico doesn't pay to put their asses in that classroom.

                                                                                                                                      There is a school where I am in Latin America. It is a fee-paying school for expat children from loads of countries and also for local children.

                                                                                                                                      This school for some strange reason flies the US flag. Who gives a shit? :-)

                                                                                                                                      The problem is parents are removing their kids because they have no desire to come here from other countries and have some "US culture" stuffed down their throats.

                                                                                                                                      The kids can't even learn decent Spanish and have no hope of mixing and getting any clue of a culture - which far exceeds any "culture" in the US.
