Were you ever on TV or a Movie?

I was in a commerical when I was 8 for Tonka Toys as well as a local television commercial. I was also an extra in 2 episodes of Quantum Leap and a very popular Korean soap opera.

They were really neat life experiences. How about you? Any time in front of the camera?

I did a political stunt way back in quebec. Can you imagine 2 young kids one with a t-shirt with the canadian flag and the other the quebec flag playing with toy cars...

Still dislike the idea and the funny part is I moved out of quebec when they decided to do the referendum.

Guess that was my 2 minutes of fame

I made [more like my parents made] $5000 for my toy commercial and I got paid $40 per episode of QL. I guess the real money comes when you star in films.

I was interviewed on the streets of Manhattan for the HBO series Real Sex. I was also in the audience of Montel Williams and The View.

i was an extra in the movie "big" (tom hanks movie)
got 90 bucks as a little kid for doing nothing...also got to accidentaly trip the fire alarm exiting through the wrong door, thus ruining a half day of shooting...i never worked again ...true story...

I was on the Happy The Clown show when I was a kid. My uncle was a camerman there.

Did the voiceovers for many of my TV commercials also.

Also did loads of mainstream audiotext recordings.

Been in lots of newspapers.

My number one girl was in a segment of Crank Yankers....3rd season 2nd episode, with Kevin Nealon......and we were both scheduled to be in a segment of Dave attell's Insomniac....was supposed to talk to him in his limo on his way from one expidition to another.....but it was canceled, he got drunk, go figure ;)

My first TV appearance was on the JP Patches show in Seattle.

The above picture is JP (stands for Julius Pierpont as I recall), I was wearing a Cub Scout uniform.

My next appearance was on the Checker's and Pogo show in Hawaii:

While in Hawaii, my dad appeared as a bodyguard a few times on Hawaii 5-0, and I was once filmed as part of a Boy Scout honor guard for President Nixon when he visited Hawaii (even got his autograph - actually just his initials).

As a teen I appeared on some public service programs to promote the Red Cross, and Volunteers for America whom I was active with.

I played guitar in several bands that would occasionally end up in clips on TV news programs (concert in the park type of events, etc).

I appeared on the news quite a few times as a student body officer at my college, and as an events promoter. I also showed up on the news during my more politically active days, usually at protest marches, etc.

It's kind of funny, but I believe that in some ways those experiences contributed to my getting into adult filmmaking, although I also studied documentary filmmaking on the side (not my major), while in college.

I've been on playboy tv a few times. I was on Stern with a girl but got maybe a 1/8 sec of camera time(what i'd imagine to be an accident.). I was held by Carter before he was out of office just after I was born on the news. I was an extra in some WEIRD japanese tv show where they reenact crimes. Audience of The Daily Show a few times. I was on camera comforting my friend Kim just after her father was killed by the Unabomber. (which is also directly across the cul-de-sac from where they shoot the externals of The Sopranos). I've been on set for The Sopranos(They haven't let me be an extra yet.). My good friend was a location scout for Sex and the City, The Chapelle Show, and some crazy japanese TV shows and movies. The Sopranos shot at my girlfriend's banquet hall, Chapelle Show shot at my best friends nightclub in Newark(Every scene you see in season 2 in a club is pretty much at my friend's club in Newark... Club XL). I was interviewed for various news things. I did a documentary in the states and europe for some european news station about Urban Exploration. I was written about by name as part of the best of NYC in some indy paper.

I'm sure there is more, but its late and i'm super tired. Also sorry for the non-paragraph form and poor grammar.
