I have been a big buyer on ebay. There is no excuse for sellers not replying immediately. In your feedback, give him a negative reply for lousy customer service. Pathetic customer service is the reason more people don't buy on the internet.
Amazon was guilty of not giving out phone numbers and not replying to your email when they first opened their doors. Then, the competition increased and they started offering free shipping for orders over $25. I recently had a terrible experience with them when they broke up my order into three separate orders and charged me shipping on two of them. Nobody has replied to my complaints. Fuck them. They just lost a long-time loyal customer.
Ebay is hit and miss. I have been happy with 50% of my buys, and the rest have been garbage.
Continue to email the bastard until he replies. I don't care how big of a *power seller* he is..........you deserve an immediate reply.
