    directnic is giving me shit about invalid whois. i have faxed them everything they requested, but they still want me to fax them more shit.

    i was told the owners are from this biz somehow. id really like to contact someone not in the abuse department to deal with on this issue.

    iv already sent these fuckers a bank statement and a fucking cell phone bill. im pretty fucking LIT up right now.

    im a paying god damned customer and they get an anonymous "tip" that my whois info is false so they just keep asking me to fax them shit.

                      in response to them being sent a bank statement with the proper address on it they say and i quote:

                      One would verify a mailing address by providing proof that you can receive
                      mail at that address. We have explained this over and over and over again to
                      you and you have refused to comply. All you would need to do is verify that
                      your mailing address is correct by showing us a bill or other form of mail
                      that your company received at that mailing address.
                      is a fucking bank statement not proof enough? im pulling my fucking hair out over here!

                                  Get in touch with Mike. He was very helpful in putting me in touch with the right people at DirectNIC. Granted the people at DirectNIC were not very cooperative for my issue, but Mike can definitely get you to those people who are decision makers and not just pencil pushers.
