Nah that's not true. If you use picture in picture, just set up your DELL monitor as a secondary screen and use only 8 degrees of your viewing angle to watch the tv and use your other degrees to watch your work.

Got sick of dealing with my regular CRT.. but I think I have to get a new video card to run 1920x1200..

I have two 21" sony crt's. I was never really happy doing design on flat panels. Now I think I could do it but why change when they work fine and they heat the house during the winter?

I spend lots on making my "office" pleasant... shit I work here. I don't understand why people skimp on their displays, pcs and chairs... its stupid. You work on the thing 8+ hours a day. Treat yourself like a professional

and play video games too

if you do any graphic or print design, CRTs are more color accurate. LCDs are better for web.
