Besides, Britney is not into the "LA scene", she hardly EVER goes out to clubs in LA anymore or hang out with other Hollywood celebs or go to any parties.
All she does is go to gas stations, starbucks, walmart, walgreens, rite aid and most of all RALPHS (she goes there like every other day). She lives a very "ghetto" life for a celeb. Yes she's loaded and lives in a mansion but she does mundane things everyday. She doesn't do the "hollywood celeb" thing like go to premiers, parties and events. She just likes to drive around in her Benz and go to Ralphs and Rite Aid. If she moved somewhere else she would still be doing the same thing.Comment

It's because she likes the attention and because she gets paid her share from the papparazi pics! She makes deals with them and even sets up photo ops and gets her cut of the money. For example one time she bought a pregnancy test at Rite Aid and after the pics were circulated she claimed it was "for a friend".
also, She is dating a papparazi now who gets the exclusives and I'm sure she gets her share of that!
Lindsay Lohan is also known to get paid for her papparazi pics.
