Anyways, I don't know if it will help or not.. It does not hurt to try.. If enough people in one forum vote for something then there's obviously a unilateral concensus that something should be a certain way..
So if they want to have things better then they will listen to their customers who pay the bills...
When we threw The Jungle Bash we threw it to cater to our sponsors and to our webmasters that attended, Not to make a profit on the party... We listened to what people did not like about other parties, took note, and did what we could to make it a hit.

Personally, I don't think a poll on GFY or any/all other board will make much difference. I think the turnout will be the determining factor.
If people go, and pay $300/model they have no reason to change. If people don't go, or don't bring models I think it will have more of an impact.
We used to call it a boycott when I was a young rebel. Was pretty effective.
