Details of dedicated are:

2.4 GHz Xeon (one process in dual capable board)
1GB RAM
80 GB HD

20mbit of bandwidth (Capped or uncapped, your choice! Overage at $45/mbit)

This is our normal great BPG4 multi-homed bandwidth ...

Details of virtual are:

300 GB of bandwidth, overage at $.30/GB
SSH, SQL, PHP, etc, etc.. Our virtual boxes are NOT overused..

Our uplinks are: Abovenet/MFN, nLayer (Glbx), WV Fiber, and multiple others through our peering partner Server Central (http://www.fixedorbit.com/AS/29/AS29789.htm). We are also adding a Level3 feed in either August or September.

As far as choosing your provider, we do not currently allow that. Due to commit levels coupled with routing table configuration to take the shortest path (See various trace routes for sample routes) we just use BGP4 routing.

I might point out that our servers are fully managed and our network core is completely redundant as well, allowing us to guarantee 100% up-time in most cases.

Also, just for anyone's interest, we just invested heavily in equipment that allows us to filter DDoS traffic effectively and we are experts in keeping your site up during attacks.
