working with female holistic bodyworkers is the best way for guys to deal with insecurities. After a enough sessions, its just a woman doing body work. If you get wood though, dont make any move to cover it, dont push it, dont make anything. if you start thinking 'omg, im getting wood, o shit, omg, just watch yourself think that lol. observe your insecurities, remain aware of your relationship with/reactions from the therapist. There are a surprising number of female body workers who won't even give a thought to your wood, maybe the most you will get is a grin :p

I'm getting one tomorrow on the other coast.

It's my first time too and they told me naked under a sheet. They said that we'll talk and decide what we're doing (what kind of massage - deep tissue, or whatever) and where to focus on my pain. Then she tells me face up or face down and leaves the room. I get nekkid and under a sheet and then she comes back in.

I just hope it helps. I'd walk there naked if it will work. I did 3 months of physical therapy and had pain relief for the first time in almost 10 years. I didn't know how much I was hurting until it didn't hurt anymore. Now it's coming back and my PT said to do regular massage along with my exercises. I hope it works.
