I wanna get into this business but dont know where to start

I like the idea, and think i would enjoy doing this kind of work. Now for an adult site, would my only way to be sucessful would be to actually have a model of my own? or selling other videos from my site better? can i make a career out of this? it just seems like it would be a good job. Anyone hiring?

oh yeah, i am a newbie, so go easy on me. i know how much people love to make fun of us n00bs

Read the boards and pick a field you like and think you might do well in, then read all you can on that subject. Submitting to TGPs is usually the easiest place to start. So go read, read and read its not as easy as it seems but with some hard work you have as good a chance to make it as anyone else.
