C:\Documents and Settings-->YourUsername-->Local Settings-->Application Data-->Identities-->{EDFEEAF7-3981-4AE6-B953-65D21143D25C} (or something that looks like this)-->Microsoft-->Outlook Express

Copy the contents of that folder and paste into the same/similar folder on the machine where you want to store the backup. You'll have to re-enter all mail account details though, this only saves your e-mails.
