You can still do very well on adwords I believe. Here's the stats from one of our main adwords people from last period:

Account Raw Unique JPH Sales Ratio

The trick is to target as many 2, 3, and 4 word penis enlargement related phrases as possible. Individually these terms will amount to only a couple hits, but collectively if you have hundreds of them you can kick ass.
BTW - The JPH is a raw count, so people clicking around back and forth from the order page and what not will cause it to keep incrementing. We should probably change that.
