Sell that domain and ruin your life!!!!

You know that domain, the one you bought 5 years ago but it never became anything. Remeber back then when you joined that sponsor that you tried but it didn't work for you?

Well anyway you totally forgot about them both but someone just offered you $350 for that domain. Hell yeah, SOLD!

Three weeks later your bank account/epassporte are drained and someone
filed for unemployment using your SSN so now you can't get unemployment
now that you need it plus you own taxes and penalties on the unmployment
benefits that were stolen from you.

    Why?

Because you used the email from that old domain to sign up to that old sponsor and they sent out an email with your login information in it.
But since you don't even remember the sponsor you will never realized that the theft happened because of them and therefore can't catch the crook.

So you want to leave adult and sell all your domains
    ...........you can't!

Please don't do me any favors by sending either my username or login.
If I forget the login and really want to promote you then I will simply sign
    up again.

    Thanks

      interesting

there could be all kinds of shady stuff accomplished by buying bunches of expired domains and catch alling the emails and seeing what might come up

Of course this would all be bullshit if sponsors would just use simple security features that have been around for years. Don't email any user data!!!!

Or let us delete our account information.

Hmmmmmm, I think I will just go to sponsors I don't use anymore and update my info with bullshit. That would work.

Assuming the person didn't buy the domain with that in mind in the first place, whois details should come in handy.

You are forgetting that you have not figured out this is how it happened.

You are solving the problem after I gave you the answer.
                Not a real life scenario.

Yes, it is a very bad idea for sponsors to randomly email logins and passwords to affiliates, but many still do it.
