perhaps, but at the same time, it's not smart to drive right after smoking the stuff
Also, it's not a huge stretch to see teens who've become dependant on it who can't think straight. All their sentences come out "I was like... doing something when like... I did something else"... you can just see their brains going in slow motion while their "like" talk is trying to stall for the words to come together.
