Seriously , i dont think anyone doesn't know the difference.
I say them both from time to time.. Usually i say "your" when i should use "you're" in cases where i could care less about the person reading it. Infact , often its a case of "dumbing it down", so i would use it in a case where the intended audience may be filled with idiots.
