My personal opinion on dialers is that it is not a viable solution for most of the major European countries at this point in time. The dialer has become either heavily restricted in most countries or banned, as is the case of Spain. The dialer got a bad name, not because of what it is, but because of how it was used, or shall I say miss-used. Currently
