... interestingly enough, if the conservative justices stood up for states' rights in the medical marijuana case, any federal bans on weapons could be challenged on constitutional grounds. however, due to their decision, the definition of what 'affects interstate commerce' has been expanded so much that it is now virtually boundless. good luck.
