What i would do:
a- got to the ER, get everything checked and done and then say you have no $, probably they will make yousign some kind of document and pay later.
b- if you have chinese friends ask them if they know who can help you with that, cheap.
c- talk to latinos that are there illegally, surely they have some community doctor.
d- take aspirin to avoid clogs
e- dunno where you are but try to make it to Canada or Mexico and get it fixed.
f- call a tv station and or local newspaper and tell them what you are going through, if they don'thave a lot of stupid covergaes they might cover your case and you will get help
