    ND account suspended for fraud & copyright infringement... WTF?!

    Just wondering if anybody else has had this problem... and YES I have e-mailed them already!

    Just making sure it isn't epidemic...

    We regret to inform you that your account has been flagged for potential fraud by our fraud department. Please provide us with as much information regarding your traffic. Where is your traffic coming from? How are you promoting? The more information the better, so we can properly investigate your account.


    Your account has been suspended while we investigate further. Also, we noticed that you are using other people?s content to promote our sites. We do not allow this type of promotion as it infringes on other people?s copyrights. Secondly, they are not models inside the member?s area, which deceives the user thereby increasing the chances that they will cancel the membership and not tell their friends.

The wording here seems to suggest that they are accusing you of using "stolen" content.

                                                                                                      Unless they own the content or recognize it as exclusive content from somebody else they have no way of knowing who's copyrights I either am or am not infringing upon.

                                                                                                                                      To clarify, I have been promoting them inside the protected areas of some of my older premium AVS sites. (about 800 sites in total, so I have ND ads on about 6000 html pages)

                                                                                                                                      The only methods I have been using for advertising are the banners they provide themselves for their affiliates, as well as text-links that I came up with on my own (allowed in their TOS)

                                                                                                                                      No false claims are made in regards to their sites or anything like that, just "Click Here To See Real College Girls Drinking Cum On Video!" etc.. etc...

                                                                                                                                      All content across all my sites, including the members areas of the AVS Sites in question is fully licensed with the paperwork to back it up.
