I've got some vicoden 10's i can take for the pain, but im afraid it might make it worse.

I'm laying in bed (except for writing this) with my leg propped way up in the air for 4 hours now, iced down pretty good.

The injury is to the knee, but my entire leg & foot is swollen, so im icing that too. Should i be concentrating on my knee icing, or should i be icing my leg/foot.

The doctors don't open till 9 or 10. Any help is appreciated. Would it be advisable to take this pain medication, or could it be making it worse?
