This isn't a sale. It is a spin off maneuver by Penthouse to create access to the capital markets for iBill - an IPO essentially. Remember that the current owner of the Penthouse group made his millions in the dotcom game. He is simply suffling his chess pieces for better financing.

At the end of the day it gets us on the American Stock Exchange which will do a number of things for us including access to significant additional capital to continue to invest in and grow the business. I can?t go into all of the details but the existing management team here will be running the show.
