I don't know much about the different softwares but quite a few programs we added to StatsRemote in the last weeks use NATS. I guess there's a reason for that

If you mean the email addresses of paysite members and those who fill out the pre-join form it has very good access to them.
Our join forms are split into two where they enter username, password, email on the first form and then they fall into the cascade.
All of this info is collected and saved.
You have the option of placing a check box on the form if they want to recieved newsletter/emails/offers/etc (however you want to word it).
If you place that check box you can then extract everyone from the database (whether they checked it or not), only those who checked it, or only those who did not check it into a one email per line text file.
NATS also has a built-in member mailing system where you can email a member 2 days after they join, when they join, etc. (all kinds of triggers). But I would not suggest using this system for mass mailings which pre-join forms can generate. It would be better to use a full blown email marketing solution for this which is why we allow the dump of collected emails.

Pretty soon all programs will be NATS and you will only have one system to interface with!

Haha... BTW if you don't mind and if it's not against your privacy policy could you send me a list of all public affiliate programs that use NATS right now?

Hope that answers your question.
question is NATS the company do you have access to member emails/database of people who use your software

Thats up to you. Most people choose to give us ongoing access to their systems (or at least Fabian, our developer). If you choose to, you can lock us out after the installation/steup is done. It's your call. Everything runs on your server.

I don't have much experience with the others, but with NATS, it's robust, easy to use and they offer great support

Hi,
I'm the Fabian that John referrerd to...
We fully understand that you might not want us to have access to your stats, members, emails or the like. Like John said, you can lock us out totally after setup is done, or you could always just lock us out of parts of the system. So we can still easily make sure everything is working, but can not see your stats, your resellers, your members and so on.
Of course, if there is a problem, at the click of a button you could give us access to all or specific areas of the system again.

I don't see anything about MPA3 on your website...just MPA2. Also how can people feel comfortable that there is not a shave feature built in like there was in MPA2?
To add to taboo_dude's post and take from a line in PBucksJohn's post:

Our tracking solution can send up to 10 million emails daily, and, of course, reporting is included.
If anyone is interested in such a solution, contact me (icq:123 646 515) or taboo_dude.
ROIA is a comabination of a three major softwares.
1. An affiliate tracking solution
2. An online media tracking solution
3. A full featured mailing solution.
They all have been combined for a COMPLETE online marketing tracking solution.
Now to answer your question, the mailing part of our software has it own brain, can run on multiple servers, and has a main backend with multiple frontends and that can be set up on remote networks.
It isn't a simple mailing script it a major piece of software that has years of work put into it.
BTW, Congratulations on releasing NATS
This industry needed a change in solutions and I applaud you for making it hard for sponsors to cheat. That is the way it should be.
Keep up the good work.
