I've been to Niebaum-Coppola winery a few times. Excellent little museum (an actual Tucker auto and costumes from various movies, such as Bram Stoker's Dracula). Nice wine tour as well. Coppola himself hangs out there smoking cigars outside under the trees when he is in town.

Nothing like summer in California...
