    Cam sponsors that pay for free signups (like skim-off-our-affiliates-clickcash)

    Clickcash just doesn't cut it anymore. I've gone from 3k+ a week to barely a k in just under 3 years.. and that is with 3x the traffic (not that all of it is counted by CC), and better conversions.

    I haven't had much luck with similar sponsors (i.e. dollar signups), and the only other sponsor that has been consistent is Epiccash, but it just doesn't convert well enough for how I use it.

    Are there any other sponsors that pay 20+ for free lifetime memberships (excluding dollar memberships and pay outs only when that person spends money)?
