Well, I might as well dump my opinion here..

Obviously STDs are a big deal, but are they honestly bigger of a deal in the porn industry than in the rest of the United States? I mean, how often does the girl you picked up at a nightclub have a recent AIM STD/HIV test done? Or even most peoples' (non-porn) girlfriends..

Those "suggestions," if they were enforced by the government, seem to be a very good way for the more conservative folks to control what kind of porn is produced. I mean, let's face it, they'd eliminate a lot of the high selling more raunchy porn. No more cum in mouth, no more swallowing, no more cum swapping, no more vaginal or anal creampies, no more deep throating/gagging, no more ass to mouth, no more pussy to mouth even, double vaginal would even be tough (latex against latex doesn't work as well as people think). Hell, even facials will be tough! Accidentally get some cum in her eye and you're breaking the law (read the document).

Obviously some parts of the document are useful though, including the twice a month HIV testing and the monthly STD testing requirements. The Herpes stuff is a good suggestion too.

What I'd like to see more is even better organization on AIM's part. They did a great job, but it still took longer than it could have had all their model/shoot information been more readily available to them. I can't see why a computer database can't be set up for those things.. that way if there's an incident, it would instantly report the list of first and second generation performers at risk. And as for keeping the shoot data up to date? That's what the law should be. Keep shoot data up to date or you're breaking the law.
