Right, but I was outlining the other costs and considerations that come into play. Sure you can hire someone for $150 a month but if there's no supervision, no infrastructure, you might as well just hire someone down the block from you for $6 an hour, at least you have CONTROL.Originally posted by Groove

Office workers here earning 200 to 250 a month.
our staff is paid from 300 to 550 a month plus there bonus ,
a police only make around 200 a month as well .
So yes people are under paid here very much but also alot cheaper to live as well .
At&t and Aol have call centers here and 411 info and they pay ther people all around 200 to 275 a month too.prostock icq 158519717

so what stops somefrom from hiring your staff away? I need to find someone for like 300 a month for serious grunt work. Im talkin tedious bullshit that would kill the ordinary person, 8 hours a day 5 days a weekComment

We have our own locations in Central America and India.
Average cost per head runs at $700-$800/mo if you include all expenses such as office overhead/bandwidth/coffee/toiletpaper etc. etc.
In India you would be able to hire good jsp programmers for $700/mo depending on the location (mumbai would be expensive). However with 'just' hiring them you're not finished, they all need a desk and chair ;-)
As in most countries you would need to hire 10 people to end up with maybe 6 people that really work out so paying up to $1000/mo to go through a so called outsource company isn't too bad.

next i take care of them well and pay my people more then most here even think of paying with there bonus and things ,
next well you can try but not lving here who knows you will get it done and not get fucked
