The word is that her identity and job were somewhat common knowledge around DC before she was "officially" outted by the media. Defense attorneys are saying if this is the case there "technically" would not be a crime committed by her "outting". It may turn out to be interesting though...assuming he is the one that released the information...which as far as I know is unknown at this point.
