Wow that sucks man! You would figure inland you wouldn't see shit like that but this storm was a real beast!
I would say your damage came from either a small twister like you said or a major downburst, they can trash a place and leave everything around almost untouched just like a tornado. Good luck on the remodling and future sale.

damn that sucks. nothing has ever happened like that to me, i wouldn't even know what to do - like who do u call to clean up the mess in the backyard with that pool enclosure busted up on the ground and in the pool.
i'd be hoping i could find 'Hurricane Repair' in the Yellow Pages and they'd take care of everything. What a headache, tree company, pool company, roof company. I'll bet that was staight-line winds that caused the damage. A tornado that close probably would have blown out windows and possibly partially emptied your pool. Of course, the rain could have filled it back in...
I hope things get back to normal for you sooner than Saturday!
