Therefore, you should not get a fair trial to determine whether you're a terrorist or not, should not be given the chance to speak or write freely, and others should not be given the opportunity to defend you from accusations in the media. You're guilty until proven innocent, and because you're guilty you should not get the right to prove you're innocent.
