Yeah.. it has fallen very very sharp... I bought a house a yr ago for $250k, they are selling one 2 houses down .. a comparable for $430K =) Falling waaay down! =)

Yea.. massive increases - hell knows why! It was not that long ago they were hard to sell at prices under $100K for something that "looked" like a mansion :-) That is, until you saw why - construction is flimsy crap!
