I studied Kickboxing while I was in university as a form of self defense. I enjoyed it so much I went on to get my blackbelt in it.
I am not a fighter, I am a lover and if I scarred up any of my face or body I would be in trouble.
But I know I could probably break your face up pretty bad if I wanted to, although I have never used it outside the ring. When you are confident and you know you are better than the other person you walk away.
