I'd say something like 100 unless, the person is sponsored in by someone that already has submitter status. As was stated alot of us who aren't newbies have less than 100 posts, but might have something relevant to say. If newbies get sponsored in, it would be apparent that they have connections within the industry. Not to mention it would be interesting to see who sponsored who in
