The USA would really blow its own infrastructure to bits so that they could spend the entire surplus, add billions to the defence budget, lose thousands of lives not to mention paying huge compensation and reconstruction costs. And also wipe trillions of the stockmarket, ensuring it stays stuck in a recession.
