    How to fix bland chili ?

    Got some chili i'm trying to make here and it's tasting a little bland.. I want to give it some tang and increase the heat. What to add ?

    easy man, take some chipotle and cheyenne, hit it heavy with the chipotle and a couple pin ches of cheyenne.

    will add a smokey and spicy flavor to it,

    yes i am a cook.

      Get some dried red chili peppers. Just drop in the seeds from the peppers... not the whole pepper. That will do ya...

      Also, sausage is great in Chili as long as you have burger in it also. (I like the mixture) I bit of onion, black pepper and some chili powder.

        Tabasco sauce never fails. I also add Old Bay, onions, peppers (black, green, jalapeno) in mine. Yummy.

            jeff if you gonna give advice, do it right.

            putting in just the seeds is qwrong.

            seeds are what make your asshole burn because you dont digest them.

            take the seeds OUT and put in whole chipotle peppers.

            stick to shaving rebills, leave the cooking to us.

                    P.S. peppers heat comes from their ribs, not from the seeds. People just assume it is the seeds that cause heat, since they sap some from the ribs. The seeds are basicly non digestable and bring nadda to the flavor.
