I would like to address the HistoryKill issue. My name is Susan from Eletta Productions. We were the exclusive agent in the adult industry for HistoryKill up until a year ago when our contract ended. During that time Thomas the CEO and President of Eletta Productions was able to keep HistoryKill?s product and affiliate program an honest one that worked for the webmasters that signed up with us. As we neared the end of the contract we too noticed that sells had dropped off. Since we did not have access to the accounting records we were unable to really determine why sells had deteriorated. We knew that there is a real need on the internet for privacy protection software and began to develop our own product which we introduced in late May. You can check us out at www.cybersafeguard.com We have been in the industry for a long time and I am sure our friends (Sleazy, Drinkinghard, and Pierre from WorldSex to name a few ) will vouch for the kind of people that we are and to the dedication that we have to running clean, honest sites.

Now to address the issue at hand. What has happened to HistoryKill and why people aren?t getting paid. I think that all your questions will be answered if you go to the following url http://www.ftc.gov/os/caselist/0523059/0523059.htm
?FTC Halts Operation?s Bogus ?Anti-Spyware? Claims, Freezes Assets

?Scans? Detected Spyware That Wasn?t There; Spyware Removal Software Claims Were False.
An operation that used bogus ?scans? and illegal spam to market an anti-spyware program that didn?t work as claimed has had its assets frozen and been barred from making deceptive claims by a stipulated preliminary injunction order issued by a U.S. District Court judge at the request of the Federal Trade Commission. The agency alleges that the operation violated federal laws and has asked the court to permanently bar the deceptive marketing and order redress for consumers?
Swanksoft, also known as Trustsoft developed a product called SpyKiller. Even though this is a totally different product from Historykill they are both products of the same company. It doesn?t look as if any checks will be mailed out any time soon.

I hope that this information helps. If you have any questions about our software, Cyber SafeGuard, you can reach me on ICQ 150-434-629.
