The rolexgirl domain did generate some heat for SoBe. A lawyer called and told SoBe to hand it over. SoBe had his lawyer call the rolex lawyer and yell at him for about 5 min. SoBe never heard from the rolex lawyer again.
And you are allowed to build a site with any domain if the domain provides information which is beneficial to the public. Look at paypalsucks.com

Just an advice, a paysite with rolex in the domain name just asks for trouble.Rolex is very very strict to their sellers (reduce the price and pay huge amounts of money if you get caught,only long etablished businesses etc.) so I think they'd sue quite fast.
