I am sure I am not the only adult webmaster who has a drink problem.
Anyone else like to contribute? Dont be shy. I wish I could kick this
motherfucking disease. Some days when I am sober, I think I have got it beat. But when something good happens, I go to the liquer store and buy a 12 pack.

i drink everyday but i am not even close to an alchoholic.

this is because i will never drink alone i just have a well off group of friends who enjoy more than a few drinks daily.

today im goin with the vodka 7 and cran mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm m

and also man dont make the world feel bad about yourself, fuck what people think they are depressed losers if they choose to judge you, liqour is your friend, liqour helps u have fun, just get over all the society bullshit and u will be a much happier person.

I drink way too much too. I'm confident that when you're really ready to kick the habit you'll be able to.

What you can do is one week drink one less beer. The next week drink two less, etc...

Til one day your not drinking as much. If you really like beer you don't have to stop drinking it just start drinking less of it.

That is not good advice for someone with a serious drinking problem. I have known people who will drink just one beer, and then its all downhill from there.

I think the biggest part of getting over serious drinking, when it begins to affect your life in a bad way, is to find other things to replace the drinking.

So pick a hobby, one that does not involve drinking, and do that instead when you get the urge.

AA meetings can help, but they are a bit creepy with their jesus talk. If you must, go to a meeting, if its that bad.
