- oh, but they are just a service.
- again, they are selling access to loads of content they are not lisenced to use
It's as bad as making thumbnail galleries using pics you do not own to promote a pay site. You profit from someone elses content when you don't have the right to do so. Just because the content is available for free on the newsgroups it doesn't make it ok for someone to offer a "service" like this and make money from someone elses work.
