i think you underestimate the amount of intelligence US and other target nations have. besides, terrorists are fighting a losing battle and i doubt they have nearly the funds that they used to.

also, just because some people blow themselves up willingly, doesnt mean that they all want to. im sure a lot of terrorists arent down with the whole suicide thing.
